I will only answer the part that relates to me and you know we all react differently. You are lucky that you are young I had these problems my whole life and did not arrive here till I was 67.

My results from liverflushing mainly and later changed lifestyle etc.

Lifelong allergies, but I did not know they were. I often rinsed my mouth with salt water because I thought I had a tooth infection.

Always tired and 40 years on some prescribed amphetamine for energy. Plus last 15 years on anti-depressants, went off them after 10 months of flushing.
BTW in my twenties I was a rower, what meant rowing 6x a week, so I was athletic but always overweight. Had to go to bed at 10 and no alcohol or smoking.

Since I followed Andreas Moritz , who says a clean colon and liver will eliminate parasites, I only tried the parasite cleanse twice in the last 4 years. Did not notice any difference. The Liver-Flush had gotten rid of some liverflukes in the beginning.

I am sleeping better now than before but I try to go to bed at 10 and get up up between 5-6 am, probably difficult to do when you are young. Now even if I go to bed at 12 I always get up early, if I don't I will be sluggish during the day.

In the meantime I have been on CZ for 4 years still do maintenance flushes and do and try a lot of different methods (forums) for other reasons.
For ME the miracle was liverflushing, but realize there is not one method to completely heal ourselves it is a journey to figure out what your body needs.
