Thanks for the advice. Actually I am not taking in any form of nutrition. I am rinsing my mouth with h2o2 and water and then brushing with water. I do on occasion inhale deeply of the foods I prepare for my husband- hope I am not absorbing some molecules. When we were at grocery my husband told me to stop picking up the packaged foods and smelling it as it was embarrasing him. They had a luscious chocolate cake in a hard plastic container and I swooned with sensory delight. I guess I really miss the experience and partaking of food or maybe my sense of smell has really been heightened, because I was never like this before. I might sniff on occasion in the past just to see if something was not good or had gone rancid.

The hunger is no longer bottomless. Comes in waves and then kind of dissipates. The itching has thankfully abated.

Day 6 and 7 had some really bad stomach pain and cramping, then the eliminations were unusual. But no problem after whatever had to pass, passed out of the system. I do think the elimination was evidence of a much needed parasite cleanse after looking at many photos on cz.

After breaking the fast when can you go and do a liver cleanse and parasite cleanse?

Can you do one while juicing?
