My receeded hairline and thined scalp (especially on the sides (where i rest my head on a pillow) will probably not grow back but i just want to keep what i have!!!!
so you were diagnosed with alcopecia?
also i thing a demmodex infestation is part of my problem but who really knows.
Did you loose all your hairs at once or gradually? How long would you say it took from beggining to end? Did you have the white/yellow things on the end of all the hair you lost? (eyebrow/scalp)
Sorry about hte questions but this is gonna help me see to what extent our conditions are similar.
Also did you have a serious intch on yourt scalp? Almost like something was crawlling in side you?

I too have been a big fan of fish and have always kept a high protein/high carb with little veggies diet. I think this contributed to a rise in Ph and along with mercury is causeing everything ( i still dont know if i have some form of parasite or not)
ALSO i forgot to mention that i am 19 years old.
