I would add the following drink:
Organic everything....
1tbs Unsulphered black strap molases
juice of 1 lemon
several pinches of cayenne
several shakes of redmond real salt (even better to get original himalyan salt)
Also have a nice epsom salt bath everyday and try and get a bath filter that installs on your shower head. its only about 30 bucks and will save you from absorbing tons of toxic chlorine into your body. They are KDF filters.
Also if you can get foodgrad 35% h202, then add 1/4 cip to your bath just before youget in. This can work together with the epsom salts.
