Hi BluePastry (cute name!),
I'm just getting into the raw food world, so there is much I would love to know and see.
I'd like to see videos show how to make breads using raw sprouted seeds and grains in the dehydrators... videos showing how to correctly sprout legumes, grains and seeds. Videos showing how to prepare various raw recipes so the beginner can see it's not overwhelming and that raw foods are just as tasty as cooked food. I'd love to see a video that interviews people and shows befores and afters, not just appearances, but whole lifestyles. Cooked vs Raw lifestyles.
Like I said, I am very new to this lifestyle... so my suggestions may be off the chart as to what you have in mind... But for a beginner, this is my list.
I think your idea has tremendous merit. There are so many people like myself who are very interested and crossing over, if you will, but are overwhelmed with all turning raw entails. Such videos could be all we need to make the transition easier.
