I live out in the country, with birds galore,
so I have some masks stashed, and medical gloves,
Sambucol, Olive Leaf (antiviral) and Oregano Oil.

Otherwise, your best bet is to amp up your immune
system and avoid risk areas and foods.

My best advice would be to release your fear. You
are not going to go until it is your time and if
you feed your fear, you are not focusing on living
your life NOW. For most of my life I have lived with
some kind of health boogie man hanging over my shoulder,
everything from swine flu, polio, smallpox, and
now, West Nile Virus, AIDS, Mad Cow (CJD) and toss
in there Avian Flu. You do not focus on it, and
unless your neighbors are raising geese, chickens
and they are falling over in the yard, enjoy yourself
and focus on getting your immune system buffed up
for anything. Heck, a good bout of pneumonia is a
danger. Most of us remain healthy for most of our
lives, but no one gets out of here alive.
