Re: Trapper...Bad advice.
Selected from a paragraph you posted-
"University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, 75235-8885, USA.
Nephrolithiasis is a common and important condition. Several lines of
evidence suggest that increased urinary calcium increases the risk of kidney
stones...."
Trapper said to reduce your minerals. The article you posted says increased urinary calcium increases the risk of kidney stones. Calcium is the mineral he was referring to, not Iodine, I am sure. Perhaps he should have been more specific with regard to which mineral you need to limit? Is that what you are complaining about? If so, ask him for clarification, instead of tattle telling on him. He spends a significant portion of his day at the computer giving advice that is helping people turn their health around.
I agree with Trapper that a week of Bromelain Enzyme may have broken down the
kidney stones so they could be eliminated.
I once took an herbal formula that was high in
Iodine and urinated something that looked like black sand. My accupuncturist said it was kidney stones. I took his word for it and flushed them.
If traditional AMA medicine is working for you, why not stick with it? Why are you trying alternative medicine? Cure Zone is where people, who are fed up with doctors, come to take responsibility for their own health, and get well. People here are feeling better and experiencing "miracles". They are beyond skepticism.
I agree with Trapper that you need some Iodine. Lots of it. If you aren't ready for it, hang out with the
Iodine Lite folks. Maybe they will appreciate what you have to say.
