i use Kiss My Face Alpha and Aloe Oil 5% alpha hyroxy.  they changed their formulation and i don't like it near as well as i did, though. 

i have used neyskin, it is probably ok, but is heavily perfumed and i cannot stand the smell.

mainly i use retin-A.  it drys the skin and chmically peels it, so i don't think that is what you are looking for.

i also use 100% hyaluronic acid- Hydrating B5 Gel from skinceuticals.  it works well.
