I haven't been insistant. you are just not listening to all the information I'm passing to you. I ain't just pulling this stuff out my butt bud. Like I said before I bet you won't find a single instant when I pointed something out without a comprehensive explanation. Not once. You're just a stuburn hardheaded sumbitch ;+D You just lock on and it don't matter what or how I try to pass the info. You're only hearing what >you< wanna hear ;+D Stevo I'm on my 8th MC and I've done 5 40 dayers aaaand I have been around this forum on and off for 5+ years. I might just have a thing or 2 worth listening to. You know what I mean jelly bean ;+D
Anywho when cleansing in general not just for the SWF hydration is very important. Even though Stanley does not mention drinking additional water and just mentions "drink additional water if desired" it is the collective consensus of the many that have passed through here that it is essential to drink additional water and not just an optional thing.
Many here will say to drink half your body weight in oz which is actually the measuure for everyday consumption in everyday life. For me doing that plus the lemonade is not doable or I'd either hafta live near the bathroom or have a catherer attached ;+D So for me the rule that works is to try to drink equal amount of water to lemonade. In anycase drink mo water.
Ok we got that out of the way. Now onto the SWF and this is >my< personal routine that I have passed on to other and many have found it helpful if they are having problem getting the SWF to work properly. When I get up 1st thing I will drink 16 oz of water. 1/2 hr later I'll do the SWF mix of 2 teaspoons of salt to 32oz(qt) of luke warm H2O if by 1 hr later I havent had a squirt or 2 or if the squirts are minimal I will down another 32 of plain water. I any case I am almost always downing that extra quart to either make sure the whole SWF passes or just because I intuitively feel better knowing that whatever salt didn't pass it will get diluted by the extra water. You won't find this routine in any literature it comes form real world experimentaion and whats that word Stevo comoan now it starts with and E you can do it spit it out EXPERIENCE ;+D yep dat'sa right budinski. Ain't no substitute for it. That combined with a little common sense and it pretty durn hard to beat ;+D
Now on the type of salt. Any white salt irregradless if it sez uniodized sea salt or not has been heavily processed and in many cases contain a chemical anti caking agents. The processed white salts will generally be pretty harsh and very astringent making it difficult to swallow for many folks.
From personal experience and that of a mess'o other folks the mellowest and most palatable of the SS will be The grey colored Celtic Sea Salt. It is plain ole sundried sea water, nuttin else added. It will make a world of difference compared to the white SS. Other salts that folks have mentioned they like are mined salts from ancient sea beds and they are Redmonds Real salt and Himalayan salt.
I know you are cantankerous cheapskate. Just kidding just kidding ;+D so if you find the Celtic Sea Salt the coarse ground will be half the price of the fine ground.
