I think I understand - please explain...

What is it that you hope to accomplish through use of the Master Cleanse?

You've made it very clear that you are concerned with blood pressure, and blood sugar...

Do you have specific health issues that you are actually experiencing?  ...or have you spoken with someone about the Master cleanse who has expressed concerns?  Is that why you're interested in these tests?

I have several people in my family who are medical practitioners (nurses, doctors, etc...) who made comments to me while I was doing the MC, so if that has happened with you also, I can relate.

I had several issues that I wanted to work on with the use of the MC and I decided - after doing a lot of studying on it - that it was a good ting for me to do.  I guess it's because I have been exposed to so much medical stuff - all of my life - that I don't put as much faith in it as some people do.  I can say that I am so glad that I took my health into my own hands and did the MC.

I don't know if this will help you or not - to me what I did just makes sense.  I did the Master Cleanse to get rid of toxins built up over years of poor diet, physical injuries, prescription and over the counter drug use, tap water, everyday pollutants, etc...

The Master Cleanse helped me to get rid of all or at least a lot of that.  I do have access to monitor vital signs and bodily functions but I did not bother.  If I had chosen to do that, it would have made my Master Cleanse less effective.  Not only did the MC help to rid my body of poisons - but I also felt an amazing calm and was really confident that I was taking positive action for my improved health.

If I had focused - even slightly on tests (or the scale) during my MC, I know I would not have had that peaceful feeling.  It was only ten days.

Heck - I could have decided instead to go on a ten day drunk - LOL - a different kind of liquid diet - not so healthy though.

It's just ten days - but it can do so much to improve your health.

I didn't even weigh before my MC.  Don't get me wrong - I was hoping to lose a few pounds.  I'll never know how much I lost though.  Instead, I measured around my waist - in inches - prior to starting, and after I finished.  I lost 4 inches!!!  I still don't know what I weigh though.

I went to the extreme in not monitoring my vital stats, medically.  Instead I used the primative method of just seeing how it made me feel.  I gotta tell you - I felt amazing the entire time I was on the Master Cleanse.  I loved it.  Another primitive test is just noticing how many people come back over and over again to repeat the MC.  These people make nothing off of telling you and me about thier experiences.  They have nothing to gain financially by helping - unlike the medical fields... the meds continue to profit from each of us every time we become ill and seek help from them.  My father is a medical doctor.  He and all of the other medical doctors out there profit from illness.  They are not in the business of keeping people healthy - they are in the business of treating symptoms.

I want to take care of the real problems - not interested in treating symptoms or reading vitals anymore.

Cheers! ~ Roberta ~
