yes, the dentist i refer to does.  the only dentists who do it are biologic dentists, and not all of them do it.  some biologic dentists also do root canals and implants, which are not biological.  if you want to look for a dentist in your area, i have a list of sites i can send you, just email me.  they are generally very expensive, so if you need an estimate from us, let me know and i will send a questionnaire.
