yes, he needs to cut them into 4 pieces rather than drill them.  otherwise you will be exposed to lots of mercury and can get very ill.  that is actually the number one way to get mercury exposure from removal.  hal huggins says measuring polarity and amperage is one of the most important things, then removing them in order.  for that, he would need a Rita machine and they cost about $700.  hal says if this is not done, most people either stay the same or get more sick.  i also recommend you make sure he uses biologic composites and materials.  i posted the link for chelation info below. if you need to know what i used myself, you can email me.
