i really recommend seeing if there is mercury under the crowns before you take vitamins. many supplements chelate mercury and people don't realize it. yeah, if they don't follow a good protocol, it can make you very ill. some people do not get better and some get worse and stay that way if it is removed wrong. people often ask me what they can do in that situation. i tell them all they can do is chelate. there are a couple of good chelation products i recommend and i also email people what i took when they want it. here is the protocol that should be followed as close as possible:
Rubber dam, high-powered vacuum, continuous water, oxygen nose tubes, air filters, ionizers, amalgam cut into four pieces (not drilled out), face cloth, IV conscious sedation for those who want it, vitamin C IV drip, measure amperage and polarity of amalgams and remove in order of the least path of resistance per quadrant (highest negative, lowest negative, highest positive, lowest positive), follow biocompatibility charts if supplied.
