First off, you DO NOT have to be rude...or shout! No one person said you should continue. They offered suggestions...which were not for you...which is YOUR CHOICE!
We all are allowed to do as we wish.

Next, you appear to not being open minded and not because you CHOOSE NOT to continue but because each time someone 'suggests' something, you raise your tone even higher.

If your choice is not to oil pull, then don't. Find what works for you...whether it is a cleanse, or just allowing yourself to be where you are. If you are pleased to be there, then there is no reason to change anything.

At any rate, whatever you decide, may your life be a light filled one!... that is always YOUR choice.
