what you say is true, however, i believe the question was A & E were commanded NOT to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, but no such command was given regarding the tree of life, why?

my answer, which i posted just above, is that they were already eating of it. the angels with the flaming swords were put in place to make sure they didn't eat of it again after eating of the tree of knowledge. we needed to do some serious spritual evolving before that could happen.
