thanks, my weight and shape stayed the same except more muscle. i've always had an athletic body but the muscle developed in my thighs and butt (probably from the yoga + protein).
i am still staying off of Maca roo to see how it affects my next cycle. So far all seems well. I don't feel the breast increase is a negative thing. I just fit my clothes differently now.
i am going to add cardio to my excercise to see if this changes anything (i was running on 3-4 times/week basis) before the yoga and stopped because the yoga is somewhat a cardio experience. Perhaps the not having cardio consistently changed my hormonal balance as well?
