See. Here are pictures of me doing some Yoga. You should try it sometime. It will make you a much nicer person and clear your mind, instead of telling woman to jerk off online you might be nicer after you do some yoga. Whatever your therapist is telling you obvsiously is not working. People can tell alot about a person by their nickname they choose about themselves. And your nickname says you have been through alot of therapy. Try my yoga poses, you will see, they will help you with your problems. Try it. I also eat well. You should change your diet also if you want to lose weight and do yoga. 75% raw. truththerapy, good luck on your therapy. Take my advice instead of your therapist's. My way works. wink. lol.
