I have acne and have done flushes. I find them very helpful IF I do enema's before and afterwards.
Also if you read the ask moreless forum you might come across posts which mention liver flush and the problem of doing them too reguarly & flushing out alkalizing minerals.
If you prepare well for the flush then you should see some stones on your first flush. I dont know if you know or not but just incase you dont then you may need to flush more than 5 times but dont do them every week.
I found the liver flush forum helpful and the liver forum facts which has many people's posts who've cured acne.
