Wow...what a perfectly simple solution. Ok everybody...start being reponsible for your children. Listen, I truly don't mean that to be offensive, but As I wrote to Lightbringer...you can't mandate what parents teach their children. And I don't know where you are living...but people aren't all as we would like them to be. There are cruel, ignorant, irresponsible, uncaring, neglectful parents in this world....whether we like it or not (obviously I don't like it). But I would rather see a child be "pawned off on various C A R IN G agencies" than overlooked altogether!

There are plenty of great parents out there. And hopefully their children will make the right choices. But these parents should try to understand that the children that aren't as fortunate as their own deserve and NEED to learn about these things somewhere. And if that place is a classroom, so be it.
