That's wonderful that parents should teach their kids about sex, but the truth is they don't. Young teens should be educated and left to the parents I think a vast majority wouldn't. Parents aren't trained professionals and do not have all the answers either, just becasue you had sex and had a child does not make you qulaified to teach you kid about types of birht control. I know in school I learned about birth control that my parents didn't know about.

I also think it's ironic that the states who are against abortion are the states that teach abstinence. How swell.
