Re: Chinese Herbs...whilst drinking Ozonated Water??

Thanks Jackdaw, so can I just ask would it be possible to have the chinese herbs first and then say have the ozonated water about 1/2 hour later or would that be to soon? Is it best to have the chinese herbs after the ozonated water with a gap of course? I would like to take the chinese herbs first if possible because this would mean I can do Oil Pulling after taking them for twenty minutes and then wait 10 minutes before taking ozonated water.
