Re: What is Mucoid Plaque ?
Kandy,
I am just seeing your message now, and am not a doctor. But I have been doing the Vitratox
colonic cleansing seasonally for about six years.
I have never passed anything alarming (although I've been vegetarian for 20 of my 35 years--I think a heavy meat diet might lead to more toxic waste in the intestines). I feel EXTREMELY great after each one, clean and full of vitality.
I have no idea in what manner Dr. Anderson's patient passed that length of mucoid plaque. You say that passing something that long would scare you. Doesn't it scare you more that it's inside your body, spreading toxics throughout your system? People don't often stop to consider the internal consequences of their diet and lifestyle, for example eating three meals daily, then having infrequent or not even daily stools. Where do they think the food goes?? It sits putrefying in the intestines. So people ignore these consequences (symptoms of imbalance and problems) and then try to play catch-up when they find out they have colon cancer.
Whatever you might face in your first colon cleanse, you are SURE to emerge healthier and probably happier. You will probably like it so much you will enjoy doing it once or twice a year. Regarding the necessity of colonics/enemas (which was I think someone else's question), V.E. Irons, who developed the Vitratox system, advocated daily enemas, along with the cleanse, the purpose being to help the body flush out the toxins being loosened by the adsorbent (which pulls material away from the intestinal walls) psyllium and
Bentonite passing through the intestines. It may take some relaxing to do this if you haven't before, but you can go at your own pace and only so much as you feel comfortable. Again, you may not enjoy it immensely but whatever level you do will only help your intestinal health improve.
Good luck!
