I've done 8 liver cleanses. Have I gotten out hundreds or thousands of stones? Not even close. But I did notice something interesting the last time which was last week. Just when I thought I just got out a few lentil size stones and thought oh well, I thought I would do my exercise routine. This included 35 minutes of stretching and cardio. Then at the end of the routine, I did 10 different ab crunches 10 times each exercise. When I was doing the crunches, I noticed my liver felt a fullness. After exercising, I went to the restroom and saw that all the exercising and stomach crunches helped to push a bowl full of the brightest green large stones ever!
That was encouraging. I continue to do the Liver Cleanses every 2nd or 3rd week, as I am detoxing from Amalgam removal.
