Jackson or Hay, both methods work, but Dr. Hay used an alkaline water solution the first 3 morning for beginners; to cleanse the stomach and making fasting easier.

commercial capsules I have zero clue what they used----most, including christopher name uses 0 size, which are tiny.......the christopher company sold many times, destroying (removing) the best herbs so they could ship to canada and out of country I assume----the last building I knew of 26 years ago was torn down...1 mega utah manufacturer I believe makes over 600 brand names-----all of which I will assume to be about worthless. The only way to know is try them after you read their labels on line.
