The Sun constantly has sun burst that blows minerals into space------once trapped in the upper atmosphere they float around the earth for YEARS as living bacteria eats the rock down to organic size that feeds the entire planet--known as manna
Once the evil people understood this---in 1949 they added aluminum and then titanium dioxide in 1992 to insure all life on earth prematurely dies and with humans--it destroys their thyroid
weaponized air--sprayed daily by high altitude jets world wide--every day...............that fact is ignored when explains the human diet.
FACT: when the body is lacking minerals---it will suck up inorganic heavy metals----such as when you lack calcium you will suck up lead.
So proper diet aids in the rejection of military heavy metals/poisons.
Thus--all disease and premature death is a result of poor diet---deficiency diet.
Every mammal and all living creatures, plants and trees have too much aluminum and titanium dioxide after 70 years of chemical warfare.
SO--avoiding heavy metal (fortified foods/products) and spices/herbs that aid the kidneys/blood in dissolving and expelling heavy metals are essential in the subject of longevity.
wealthy people consume heavy metal antidotes made from heavy metals such as gold--makes them mad-hatters.
CALORIES / FAT etc., etc. etc. all irrelevant----failed organs due to deficiency diets ends in bloated water/fat organ failure.
Worms/Parasites FEAST on ill mammals and ill lifeforms of all kinds...
