Yes, iodine and oleander work great together

Absolutely they can be used together - when you take a look at my comprehensive suggested anti-cancer protocol you will see that I recommend iodine. And Grizz, in no way am I discouraging you from using an iodine-centered protocol for your wife. It could work very, very well. I am just saying don't rely on just using Iodine - especially not when there are so many other wonderful, compatible things you can do.
