Re: Help a 4 year old with asthma

Whether asthma pundits in their ivory tower like it or not, pressure on the upper lip or the tissue between it and the nose (philtrum) leads to a relaxation of bronchial airways and a striking abatement of asthma symptoms.

So to cope with asthma.

1) Lightly massage or stroke the philtrum and sense the deepening of nasal inhales.

2) Inhale vigorously and loudly through the nose so that the upper lip is compressed and the reflex effect on the lung airways is activated.

2) Make a habit of strongly inhaling through the nose, when there is a feeling of asthma.

See a doctor about getting off any asthma drugs.

See "Strelnikova decrease asthma" (google) for material on the Method of Ms. A.Strelnikova using loud sniffs as an asthma cure.

Who is to deny that a lot of asthma comes from mouth breathing? Curative nasal inhales must be vigorous enough to open up lung airways by reflex
