Most of the allergens which triggers asthma is dust and dirty air. Why not clean the air to help you breath easily. I use an air purifier
(ionmax and coway) literally it helps me breath normally.We live near the freeway so dust are right around our house and even the slightest smoke i inhale i get difficulty in breathing.
