The main problem is in this country people like to sue. We had to learn that and found out after someone hurt their ankle in our back yard and asked if we had insurance.
He did not sue but the next day we got liability insurance since we also have a pool.
My friend was sued because someone slipped on an icy step though she had told him not to go there. She won because this man had lived on suing people, he had a whole history. Still it is stress.
