I too am doing humaworm, we are starting our second cleanse tomorrow and I felt them going up and down my spine and in my head! It is an awful feeling and one that has no frame of reference when it comes to family! My family thinks we are odd for it and the stories we had, but I told them I will get healthier for doing it and we did! Now we are humaworm clients forever! lol, but really, humaworm does help! And it does make a difference on your moral when you know they are dying. It seems that they move the most on full moon days, I didn't believe this until once a month I would feel them heavy and then realized where the moon was at. Praying for you.
