That is just two sites in the entire Western Hemisphere.  How do you expect people to get there?  I'm not far from Vancouver B. C. and if I got caught bringing Rick Simpson oil back from Canada I'd be in the brig in a very short time.  The border guards check thoroughly and even have dogs smelling for the stuff.   I know, I've crossed that border many times.

There are many using Rick Simpson's name and claiming they have his oil.  They don't.
