In order for farmers to increase yield and be profitable,wheat has been bred and cross bred and bred again until the gluten content is huge. All this increases the farmers yield so he can stay in business but it also is dangerous for people to consume. My advice is not to consume any wheat products or carbs, such as rice, potatoes,pastas,etc because it all turns to glucose and we have plenty of that already and that's why we are so fat.
