Well, you completely missed point! Of course the lumpy thing is a not protozoa, but that does not rule out that the person MAY (may nor) have protozoa. Of course anybody knows that protozoa is not that large, but when you tell someone it is not Protozoa, ask yourself what is is you are saying to that person?
