What do you think the best way to deal with this situation?

I have an idea.  I just posted about it a few minutes ago.  The only way things are ever going to change here on Curezone is for the Webmaster to step up and enforce the rules that are in place.  All the Webmaster has done in the past is to ban me from forums while allowing the trolls to continue their personal attacks unchecked.  That is like putting a little Band Aid on a major hemorrhage.  After I was banned by the Webmaster from the Debate Forums for example there was a rampant increase in personal attacks by several posters including several forum owners and moderators.  Yet the Webmaster did nothing to stop the attacks and never erased these clear TOS violations.  People need to start complaining to the Webmaster about the real instigators here such as the ones who keep baiting others for their games or the one that has already created 6 different user names to come here and attack me?
