I hate to say it because I admire, respect and trust James and want this forum to be shining light in the darkness here....but it has more and more become a smattering of squabbles, fights, name calling, etc. and I cannot endure the stress and negativity of that so I'm not here as much.

I have written to the Webmaster several times about the problem of the consistent bullying by the same exact people here on Curezone not only against me but against others.  And I pointed out to the Webmaster what happens when the rules are not enforced and the personal attacks are not nipped in the bud.  They will finally escalate.  We have seen examples of this all over Curezone because the Terms of Service are very selectively enforced, and not against the primary instigators who are solely here to disrupt.  But the Webmaster has continued to ignore me other than to ban me from forums when I have not been the one to start, nor to continue the fights.  Look at how many debates I have simply walked away from because I was the only one posting evidence to my claims while the same exact people were doing nothing but posting personal attacks, claiming I was saying things I never said, etc.

I don't like all the fighting anymore than you do.  But again there is only so much a person can take.  You can take the nicest person you can find here on Curezone and I will bet that if they were ganged up on continuously by the same bullies over and over for years like has happened to me, and the victim keeps getting falsely blamed for the action of others one of two things will happen.  That person will either walk away from Curezone because they finally realize that the rules will never be enforced against those who willfully and continually violate the Terms of Service or they are going to get so fed up with the constant crap that they lose their temper and fight back.

The problem is that these bullies know I am so ready to walk away from Curezone and put it so far behind me because I have seen the Webmaster is not willing to make any changes to fix the problem.  And these bullies are so afraid of me because I actually post evidence to what I am claiming, which is a threat to them.  So they have been even more persistent with the personal attacks this last time I came back to Curezone to make sure they drive the final nail in the coffin and I leave for good or get banned completely. 

Look at when I came back this time to catch up.  I was posting good, helpful information.  I did not come back here to attack anyone.  Yet I was attacked for doing so.  Since a lot of this started with the Trapper forum I went back and found where I first posted there after coming back  Then I followed the thread up to the start, which is this post:

Notice who started the attack.  Was it me?  NO!!!  It was MicahelB.  And now, let's follow his link back to see where that started.  On the link he provided here are the two posts in that thread he decided to attack me over even though NEITHER of my posts were attacks:

So who really started the attacks?  In this case MichaelB.  But as usual I got blamed for other people starting the attacks because nobody is bothering to g back and look at the facts of what really happened and who really started the attacks.  It is easier for them to jump on the bandwagon and blame me since all the people who have been starting the attacks are doing the same since they don't want to look like the bad guys.

Here we have a forum owner of several forums who has been repeatedly posting personal attacks against me on both forums referring to me as a forum owner troll and behaving in a way that Dushan said he would not tolerate.  And this as part of a thread in his forum dedicated solely to personally attacking me, which is also a violation of the Terms of Service.  So by definition he is not only acting like a troll but he is doing the exact things in his post he is complaining about and saying Dushan claimed he would not tolerate.  Yet he is blaming me for his bad behavior proving my earlier point.  These bullies are not willing to take self responsibility for their own actions and continual violations of the Terms of Service.  So they have looked for a scapegoat here on Curezone, which has been me.  So they violate the Terms of Service all day long then simply make me the fall guy for their bad behavior and try to convince the rest of Curezone as well that I am the one that is actually doing nothing but violating the Terms of Service.  And apparently it is working since I just had two people come here to bash me for all the fights these bullies started, but I am getting blamed for.

Yes, I am totally fed up with this crap and the fact that nothing is being done about the people who are to really blame.  Tell me, how would you react if you were in my shoes?  What would you do if for years you were personally attacked, including being lied about, having people  twist your words, say you said things you never said. etc. then they all blame you for being the one that is violating the Terms of Service when you defend yourself against their attacks?  This question is not only for you Marci but to everyone else that wants to complain about how I have reacted.  I doubt if there are many people here who would have tolerated this constant abuse for as long as or as well as I have.  But it is easy to judge when a person has not been in my shoes!!!

If people really want to see change here on Curezone then stop blaming the victim.  Put all that energy in to writing the Webmaster instead and get the Webmaster to actually start enforcing the Terms of Service and erasing all the personal attacks.  Especially all the threads started for the sole purpose of personally attacking me and others.  There are a number of them on the Debate forums, the Trapper forum and the iodine forum.  And notice how they are all from the exact same people who continually violate the Terms of Service without any repercussions.  These threads themselves are a clear violation of the Terms of Service and exactly what the Webmaster said would absolutely not be tolerated.  So why were they allowed in the first place and why are they still sitting there in public view?  Again, if people want to clean up Curezone and make it a place where people feel safe to post then they need to stop blaming the victim and get the Webmaster to enforce the Terms of Service and enforce them against EVERYONE equally!!!
