Thanks for the advice & expertise (and no thanks for the rest)

Thanks for lending your expertise and advice regarding my back issue.  You do so much better when you do that (as opposed to doing things such as you did in the rest of your message).  I take some of the things you recommend, such as daily silica and plenty of natural vitamin C.  I'll take a look at some of the other items I don't currently take.  Actually, I have quite a bit of experience in healing my back from past episodes, but this past one has been a really tough one.  My own danged fault for not doing the things I know I should between bouts and for putting way too much emphasis and time on trying to rest my back instead of physically rehab it.

My own back problems trace back to first kung fu classes - must have been the six foot high backflips and landing on a solid concrete floor with no mat - then getting my 240Z sideways and having a run in at about 90 MPH with a US 75 road sign and finally blowing a disc out completely by trying to be Hercules with a huge old AC window unit.

You know, you really revealed yourself with your comment about my Yahoo group.  What a great example you have provided of the "truth" in your messages . . .

First of all, you have to be a member in order to look at posts there - and you aren't because your IP address, which is there for all to see on your commercial herb company forum posts, would reveal you.  Secondly, if you were a member and able to see the posts on the Yahoo group, then you would know that I don't attack members there and don't allow them to attack one another.  For that matter, neither do I allow spammers, trolls and/or know-it-alls.

Though there is much I do not like about the Yahoo groups limitations, there is one tool I particularly like - the ability to place members on moderated status where there posts have to be approved by one of the moderators.  All new members start out that way to make sure they are not spammers or trouble makers.  Then once they have passed a probationary period, they can be returned to moderated status if they misbehave.  That very seldom happens, but it is quite the useful tool and prevents having to ban members outright - which has been extremely rare.  Too bad CZ does not have the same tool.  If they did, then this whole thread would have not been necessary, it would not have allowed you another forum to try to attack me and make me the issue as you have repeatedly done on CZ and perhaps the WM himself would be better able to enforce the ban he gave to you against further attacking me.

Other than that, I will comment no further.  If not for your potentially helpful advice (thanks again) and the huge gaffe you made about the Yahoo group, I would not have commented at all.  What exactly is it that you don't understand about both of our statements that we will not dignify the misinformation and revisionist history in your messages with further comments?  Try as you might, neither of us will rise to your bait and get drug into another one of your mudfests.  Been there, done that.
