Well thats up to you to decide, I prefer to go on the actual verifiable information that has been posted on the website, rather than this persons opinion. Anyone can write an opinion, or personal story, which has no way of being verified, unless you personally know the person writing it, but information can be verified.
Read the parts of the website titled critical thinking, and cognitive bias.
Just like CZ it is important to verify any information put forward, by doing your own research, both on and off the internet. Don't take any anonymous poster's word for anything, think for yourself.
I include myself in the above paragraph, don't take my word as gospel, verify the information for yourself.

BTW, I have contacted the owner of the website and do have the name, address and phone number. Perhaps if your worried, you should do the same.
