No I have not ingested paper pulp bleach or pool shock chemicals, that would be stupid, as I am well informed about these chemicals, their effects on the body, and the person who is promoting these chemicals as a cure all.

Same reason I don't have to ingest cyanide, arsenic or any other poison, to know it is one, or what effect it will have.
Its called doing your research and educating yourself, exactly what this website advocates, educating instead of medicating, or in this case poisoning.
