It may be a miracle !
CR-C is an intestinal overgrowth caused by candida albicans or any other species. There isn't known quick cure or solution to it I am ware of. In fact, there isn't information anywhere about a permanent cure, and less, testimonies of cured people.
Candida in my gut has stole 3 years of my life and wants more !
If there is a hope, it will be a very restrictive diet for at least 6 months, I mean proteins and green vegetables plus some benefical fat such as olive oil, coconot oil, or almond butter. With the diet, we have to take tons of antifungals such as Nystatin and probably some systemic. Don't say I will eat prohibit food one time because cheating one time doesn't mean anything. Don't cheat ! Don't make my mistakes because candida don't die when its food is present even if you take a truck loaded with Fluconazole. It is the rest of your life at play !
I am not sure this will be the cure but is one of my last hope after battling it with any possible form. Don't think because you have a battery of antifungals candida will die. I made that mistake because my diet wasn't strict enough to eradicate it. I gave candida high doses of Nystatin, Amp B, Fluconazole, Lamisil, Lufenuron, Lactoferrin, SF 722, and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract all of them at the same time for 3 months with a moderate diet, and candida is still here. It looks like there is nothing in this world that end with it. According to some testimonies, the diet is the big weapon and need to be followed as a rule. There are many anti candida diets that allow things that feed candida. The only way to be safe is with proteins, green vegetables, and benefical fat. The fat is important to keep your weight and calories. It is a big sacrifice ! It is hard to do, very hard, and I even don't know if I can do it myself or not but I don't have any other road. It is hope based in my research but I don't have prove it will be the solution. It is what I think could cure candida. If you don't do it, the battle will be for the rest of your life and your life a misery.
Again, I have not found any other way after reading many books and researched the web for years. It is so hard and difficult that many people believe it can not be cured. So, be prepared to the battle of your life.
