That is NOT what happened

I cannot let that fiction about the WM deleting my posts stand.  I was willing to let things drop and not challenge your version about the WM deleting Hv's and my posts so long as you left it on the forum you moderate.  However, since you are continuing that version here, I want to correct any misconceptions right now.

The WM did not delete "all" of my posts.  In fact, I had but a single post hidden and even that one was not singled out by the WM.  What he did was exercise the "Hide Message and Replies" option in order to get rid of a message by Hv which attacked me - a message which you should not have allowed to stand to begin with.  In the process of removing that message, my reply to that message was also hidden.  But so was your post which replied to mine.  Thus I suppose that it would be equally accurate to say that the WM decided to delete your posts too.

What has been lost among the spin version and the now-hidden messages for those who did not follow the thread is that I had several other posts in that thread and the WM did not see fit to remove a single one of them.  It was YOU who removed them along with everyone else's posts.  Here is how that actually happened:

When I made a post to the effect that the attacking post had been deleted and that we should move on, you immediately posted a reply which pointed out that it was the WM that did it.  In that same post, you said that since Hv's post had been removed it would only be fair for me delete my posts too and you said you were going to give me time to "do the decent thing" and remove my posts.  I responded that I had no problem with my posts being removed but that it would hardly be fair to single me out and have my messages blanked out while all the other messages discussing the issue remained visible - and I suggested that the "decent" thing to do was for you as moderator to remove ALL the related posts.  Whereupon you did exactly that and made a post stating only that "All related messages have been removed".

But then you came back and edited the post to say that "since the WM had decided to delete Hv's and DQ's posts" you also removed the others "for the sake of continuity" for the forum.  I have to say that your edited post put quite the spin on what actually happened.

Other people did indeed see the posts in that thread and the ones who did know that what I have just described is exactly what happened.  For the record, the WM has not seen fit to single out and remove one single post of mine.

Now, if we want to go on and draw lessons and put things in the past that is mighty fine with me.  But let's not do so with the fiction of the WM deleting all of my posts.
