Unless you can somehow find organic fermented forms of soy such as miso, tempeh and natto I would steer clear of soy.  Other than the fermented forms, I don't like soy at all.  Considering the fact that up to 90% or so of all the soy products made in the US contain GMO soy.  I don't see how anyone who knows anything about soy and natural health could possibly give any kind of blanket endorsemet or defense of it.

But really now, that topic has been debated long and loud and I don't want to get into another round here.  If the past is any example, the topic is likely to bring hot-headed rabble rousers around and end up in the Public Trash can.  Such as that notorius character DQ.
