Re: 'What Makes It' in the Library in Heaven?
Hi Rudenski,
A movie? Maybe a horror movie.
Yes, I had complete amnesia for 6- 8 weeks following my collapse from a major cerebral bleed caused by an unknown arteriovenous-malformation in 2002. They operated on me for some eight hours, I am told, to save my life...but in the end my family was told I would die or be in a vegetative state.
Appealing to the Deity, through all types of Christians
in prayer, my survival was slowly assured, and after years of effort I managed to regain near full health.
This was all much against the odds, I am told.
I was a changed person, in that I had a major sympathy for the dying and the very ill, and I came to pray for them, and lay hands on those I could get to. For 3-4 years there were several healed of the worst illnesses, including some with cancer, major inoperable cerebral bleed, severe breathing illnesses, etc. Something changed me, and I remember very vaguely going down the tunnel and seeing the Light, and being sent back, when I did not wish to go. I have talked to a registered hypnotist about going back to the time of near death, but I am very afraid of doing it. It is not the pain, but the overwhelming feelings of hopelessness that I am afraid of meeting again.
I do not know if this fits in with your remarkable story, or not, but I am very happy for you.
