human beings are the real plagues here.

dinosaurs ruled for 60 million years,we won't make 6,000.

our cultures are presently being sustained by technological farming giving us low quality food (but it looks so pretty!) enabling billions to live (sickly-ever increasing rates of heart disease and cancer) where millions should.

with only 1% of the people needing to be farmers, what do we get?-lawyers and politicians.

open the yellow pages and grab just the lawyers-it will scare you.

no overpopulation you say?-$3 billion of oysters in ne fla and georgia you can't eat.
