The way I see it, health providers fall into four basic categories:

1 - those with credentials who tow the corporate establishment line (common);
2 - those with credentials who don't tow the corporate establishment line and spew mostly wisdom (rare);
3 - commoners without credentials who spew much wisdom (very rare); and
4 - commoners without credentials who spew mostly nonsense (common),

however; the distinctions aren't clearcut between the classes. Sometimes a #1 or even a #4 might spew a little wisdom, and those in # 2 or #3 can be wrong at times.

That is your challenge, to understand which one you are dealing with. Good luck !!
