I don't think there is a single answer to that question.

That is what we all hope, but is it the reality?
My answer is to take supplements daily as well as eating at least some fish minimum of 3 times a week.
Just on friday I received the results of my last cholesterol test.
Right on the mark said my doctor.
The results tells me that my eating habits works and there is no need for any change.
Better news is: the weight remains stedy same time.
