If we want to help somebody, we have to ask ourselves one question:
Do I love this human being so much that I would die for him? If that’s true, help him and work for him the best that you know. If it is not true, be careful.

For example:
We can help our children and do everything that we feel is healthy or good for them. We can help them if we are not afraid and if we are not like a machine. We have to believe and make space for God "read LOVE," and put away our ego. We have to be able to feel for others.

If it is your husband, you already said "Yes" in good and bad, so you already eat his “shit” and he already eats your” shit”. He is a part of you. You have to do everything to help him, even if he doesn’t want your help.

It is not easy with family devil. Our illness is connected with some family “devil”.

If we help somebody we have to know that we will be in contact with that .So we have to be very gentle .

Sometime we think if we lose our illness that we will lose the connection with some part of our family (some person who has been expelled from family order but we got identification with him and don’t want to loos this energy) . Subconsciously, we feel as we betrayed our family.

If you feel that you know what can help your husband, try that first and see if it works for him. Wait for a sign, and if it is better, continue with the same therapy. So be careful, have patience, but stay determined.


A person who mastered in helping other people is a person who first helped him/herself, a person who changed his/her life in a positive way. We recognize that person because we feel pleasant in his/her company.
