I dont know about this whole mucoid plaque business.....actually I suspect it may be just that...business. I have only ever heard of people releasing MP when their colon cleanse involved heavy fiber, ususally psyllium, with other material that would swell up in the intestinal tract and would obviously come out alot bigger and messier than it went in. Andreas Moritz actually had a good explanation of it, falling along those lines. I should try and find a link to that post. Anyway, I am no professional and have never attempted such a drastic colon cleanse so I admit I am not qualified to say yay or nay. I would definetly like to hear Charlie's opinion on that.

Although Oxypowder doesn't have any fiber source in it does it, Katie did you get out MP with Oxypowder alone?

Charlie can our colons really build up that much junk?
