Its hard to say why people do certain protocols. I think it is merely a game of chance. Yes, the particulars matter but with so many decisions to me made I sometimes think it is the last ones they look at, why because they are tired. Like in job hunting. They say never go for a job interview on Monday as they will never hire on that day. So like protocols and regimes and life look to the later. Ok Charlie now you are going to yell at me.

did you ever look at the hundreds of protocols out there and some fantastic then why at millions not lined up to get them. Why Charlie don't you have millions because of chance, destiny and choice. Having the best tonic is not only the only reason why someone would choose. I know, i had my own business in America. It wasn't because I was the best it was more because I was there at the right time.
