Re: Leaky what?

Yes very good point. I have noticed leaky gut and low gut permeability being banded about as a cause and area to fix for lots of ailments. I've never quite been able to comprehend this as a diagnoses as conventional medicine doesn't really recognize this as a problem.
Nonetheless out of desperation for months I have followed alleged diets and supplementary dietary pills but i'm still suffering from poor digestion, unpredictable energy levels and body odour. Just how leaky is my gut then. Certainly didn't see any holes when my insides were shown on a tv screen when the doctors decided to shove a camera up my hoop! Although they do say it's microscopic holes. How convenient.
Some time ago a conventional doctor who i trust as i respect his logic warned me about the convenient internet issues and the solutions as although they might not have been proven wrong they certainly haven't been proven correct.
I could easily add although it's only my opinion candida and the so called good/bad bacteria in the gut and the balance we are meant to achieve. Seems to me that if we have over 100 trillion bacterium in our digestive tract putting a couple of million of the so called good bacterium in the wrong end isn't going to make much of a difference.

I presume your take on leaky gut isn't so much undigested food particles leaking through the intestinal walls but the liver not cleansing the blood correctly in the first place? Would like to hear more from you on the subject
