so is cottage cheese in the "cheese" category? or milk category?
And where does goat milk fall in here? Ive read it is really easy to digest.
I guess what Im looking for is a realistic guideline on foods that are easy vs hard to digest. I read so much on curezone "dont eat this or that" it is too strict in my opinion. Seems like everything is hard to digest. Here is the list of avoid.
rice - too starchy
potatos - too starchy
milk - hard to digest
nuts - hard to digest
beans - hard to digest
meat - hard to digest
eggs - hard to digest
thats all the proteins ! so we're stuck with fruits and veggies? are we suppose to eat grains? Im pretty sure Im not the only one on curezone totally confused. And those who are NOT confused are eating only fruits veggies and nuts. Well, that will not cut it for me. I need real food. I can pack away the food. I just ate 16 ounces of goat yogurt with 1 cup of cherries mixed in. I need the protein. So what is the best source of protein ? Can I build strength on fruits veggies and oils? I sure felt weak running tonight with that diet. Had to have my yogurt to revive myself.
